What is human-centered design?

Human-centered design is one well-known approach to Practice P2, Design Creative Solutions. It is a process that centers empathy, creative ideation, prototyping of ideas, and iterative testing, and is the foundation of design thinking, an approach to innovation championed by the design firm IDEO.
